Senior Tax Manager - part time - interim - 7 months (reporting to CFO), London

Stand-alone Group Tax Manager required for this Senior Tax Manager in-house interim job in London.

Reporting to the CFO, the current post holder is in the process of bringing in-house the tax function and so the interim Senior Tax Manager will be expected to continue with this development. Starting in June the role is for 7-8 months and key responsibilities will include:

* Being the point of contact and subject matter expert across all taxes - direct tax, VAT, WHT, employment taxes and transfer pricing.
* Responsibility for tax risk management and governance, including CCO and SAO.
* Lead on ad-hoc business tax due diligence and tax entities structuring, international expansion, group restructuring and refinancing.

To be considered for this role you will have preferably in-house tax experience and will have held a senior tax role managing all taxes. You will be comfortable working with senior non-tax internal stakeholders.

Due to the current covid-19 situation, this role is likely to commence remotely and so will be working from home initially, but once allowed to, the expectation will be for this role to be worked from the central London office on a 3 or 4 days per week basis.
