Stand-alone corporate tax specialist required for this Tax Director interim job based in central London.
Reporting to the CFO, the Tax Director will join this organisation towards the end of July for a 14 months period working 3 days per week and will focus on the corporate tax affairs of the organisation.
Key duties will involve:
* Reviewing the outsourced CT compliance.
* Support the business on M&A and restructuring activities.
* Prepare and review IFRS tax accounting disclosures.
* Prepare and submit the PSA.
* Act as the point of contact for tax affairs and provide advice.
To be considered for this role you will have in-house tax experience and will have been responsible for either a tax function or a remit of a tax team. You will have UK direct tax experience and will be used to liaising with different non-tax internal stakeholders and also with external advisors.
Due to the current covid-19 situation, this role is likely to commence remotely and so will be working from home initially, but once allowed to, the expectation will be for this role to be worked from the central London office on a 3 days per week basis.
