Partner - Private Client Tax - Bristol, to £200k

My client has a exceptional reputation in Private Client Tax who have one of the UK's largest tax teams and a interesting client base of UK and International HNWI's, family offices and highly recognisable entrepreneurs. Their Bristol office has gone from strength to strength offering advice relating to Trusts, Estates, IHT, CGT, domicile status and all wealth tax related matters from both a compliance and advisory perspective.

They are now looking to hire a individual who will either join as or, build into a Partner and head-up the division due to succession planning. This will offer a substantial portfolio, the support from the existing UK wide Private Client Tax team and a substantial equity package combined with the opportunity to further develop a successful business.

My client is using these unprecedented times to network with candidates ready for when the market returns and interviews will take place via video conference.

Requirements -

* Experience as a Director or Partner working in Private Client Tax.
* Team management experience
* A high level of Private Client Tax technical ability combined with a commercial outlook
* Act as a team focused individual who will continue a supportive and professional culture

Salary and benefits will vary depending on the candidate and could be between £90k and £200k with benefits at Director level and Equity at Partner grade.
