An IR35 focused project!
Employment Tax Manager is required for this interim employment tax job in Manchester which is focused on IR35 and its application.
To start as soon as possible and for a 6 months duration, this company has a heavy reliance on contractors and so the tax team require additional support in employment taxes to assistance through this transitional period.
Duties will include:
* Assistance with the implementation of third party software to assist the business with tax status assessments
* Liaising and supporting the business in completing the tax status questionnaires
* Review and sign off of tax status assessments with reference to the HMRC Guidance
* Liaising with the business to ensure Status Determination Statements are issued for all contractors providing services through a PSC.
To be considered for this role you will have employment taxes experience with a thorough understanding of the IR35 rules and application.
