Tax Vice President / Director (Banking)

Brewer Morris is currently working with a leading financial services institution to recruit a senior tax professional to join their advisory team within group tax. Based in London, the role will require regular integration with global stakeholders and will suit someone with international tax experience.

The position will primarily provide tax support in relation to cross-border transactions, as well as supporting the wider tax team across various projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include: providing full life-cycle tax advice to the front office team, tax support for mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and financing.

The right person for the role will have had extensive tax advisory experience, from a top-tier legal or accountancy firm. It is likely you will have worked predominantly in tax transactions / deal advisory teams and will be looking at an in-house move as an alternative to a partnership. Alternatively, we welcome applications from professionals who are doing a similar role in-house.
