Pure Search are partnering with the UK's fastest growing M&A Transfer Pricing team who are now looking for a confident and articulate Transfer Pricing Manager to join the team.

M&A exposure isn't a requirement however you do need to be excited by a fast paced and high performing environment.

The leaders of this team are incredibly impressive in person and have rapidly grown this team from 0 to 10 people in under two years.

Together they have carved out a niche market in the deals space working closely with the M&A Tax team; cross-selling, going to market together and leveraging huge amounts of business off the highly established M&A Tax offering.

This is an environment where there is complete visibility around promotion paths and you truly have ownership of you career. With growth plans to reach 30 people and £8m+ revenue in the next 5 years, there is no place with greater opportunity than in this team.

This role is 100% advisory work looking at DD, identifying risks and opportunities, critically analyzing these and off the back of the DD, work on large carve outs advising on their operating model effectiveness.

You will be working on £1m + projects which are fast paced 3-week turnarounds and looking at a huge range of complex issues in this exciting role.

Knowing this team well, they are fun, they work hard, and they genuinely don't work the hours you think a deal focused team might. As with any deal environment - if the client emails at 10, you are expected to respond. If you don't have a deadline, work from home, leave at 4, come in at 10 - go the gym for an hour at lunch - they simply don't care, as long as you manage your work.

As an example, there are working mothers in the team who manage daily childcare pickup's just fine!
