Excellent Opportunity for an individual to join a Mid-Tier Professional Services firm and would like to work & transition to the Mid Cap/OMB market, which is going through excellent growth irrespective of Brexit.
You will join the a relatively new Leadership Team within the firm who are committed and personally driven to delivering excellent growth for the overall Business Tax Group. You will lead & drive growth for the Real Estate P&L and be excited by networking the market to bring in new clients, whilst leveraging an already strong Tax Practice to cross sell Real Estate Services to their very strong OMB client base.
Key objectives:
Drive growth in the Real Estate P&L alongside the existing Real Estate Tax Partner who have a much larger Leadership role within the Group.
Take over current Real Estate Tax Client Portfolio.
Bring in New clients to the Firm
Strategically decide the best model for Tax Compliance for the Group & your P&L.
Be instrumental at hiring in new Talent for your team and wider Group.
From a tax technical point of view, your team will cover both compliance and advisory with some M&A work.
* UK tax compliance and liaison with UK tax authorities.
* Acquisition of distressed debt portfolios secured over real estate assets and loan workouts across Europe and the UK
* Acquisition and structuring of investments in hotels/commercial/residential real estates across Europe and the UK;
