As a Stamp Duty Tax Manager, you will advise large-to-medium sized companies and consult across a range of areas including real estate, corporate reorganisations, banking and capital markets, and asset management from private clients. Your responsibilities include:

* Due Diligence reviews
* Tax structuring advice
* Deal implementation

To be considered for this role, you should have experience providing stamp tax advice for a professional services firm or for any government jurisdiction. Your soft skills should include being able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively and develop long-lasting relationships.
