Equity Reward Manager- Big 4

We are working with a Big 4 firm and their Reward team on a growth initiative Reading, looking for a Manager to focus on Share Schemes projects. The team advises on the design, implementation and operation of a wide range of incentive arrangements in the UK and globally, with a particular focus on Share Schemes. They support a broad client portfolio across a range of industries, from very large global corporations through to smaller fast-growing businesses - both listed and private companies. Their Reading office is part of one of their main hubs nationally and a main focus in terms of capability development. This is a great opportunity to join to join a flexible team that offers support while encourages autonomy and drive.

About you

* Experience of share scheme incentive programmes gained in consultancy and/or large global corporate
* Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders
* Business development skills
* Proven track record in project management and delivery
* Change orientated with flexible approach
* Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
