Tax Director, International Firm, Central London

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Central London office of this progressive and forward- thinking international firm for an accomplished Tax Senior Manager to undertake an advisory focused Partner Designate position within their burgeoning tax department.

The position is a mixed tax role, embracing a mix of personal and corporate tax, and will involve a range of assignments which includes:

*Responsibility for tax planning and advisory work for a portfolio of clients
*Identifying opportunities and working with clients
*Dealing with ad-hoc queries from the general practice partners and the tax compliance teams
*Assisting the Tax partners with the implementation of projects
*Assisting the Tax Partners with ad-hoc advisory work
*ATED advisory and compliance work
*Trust register compliance work
*Following established procedures for workflows
*Dealing with tax enquiries
*Conducting with tax enquiries
*Supervision of junior staff members and managing certain compliance tasks
*Conducting technical research
*Interacting with partners and fellow staff in a technical staff in a technical capacity

Ideally, you will be CTA qualified and ACA or ACCA and possess a strong tax background with knowledge of managing the compliance process, have experience in personal and corporate tax, an understanding of tax regimes and experience in dealing with non-domiciles and offshore trust regimes.
