Your new role
Working within an established UK Tax Function and reporting into the Head of Tax, you will be responsible for offering tax advice on UK tax issues. This will involve partnering and liaising with senior stakeholders to improve tax efficiency, achieve business initiatives and identify potential risks. You will also manage the planning process of transactions and structuring; ensuring compliance whilst minimising tax liabilities. You will train individuals across various business areas on tax issues; achieving process and procedural improvement internally.
Further to this, you will also offer compliance support to the rest of the team and liaise with HMRC where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded tax professional with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys partnering with various business areas to increase tax efficiency, minimise risk and improve procedures, whilst being involved in complex tax planning on behalf of an instantly recognisable business. You will have a proven track record in delivering tax advise in either an in-house or third party (professional firm) capacity. Ideally, you will be ICAS/ACCA/ICAEW and/or CTA qualified.

What you'll get in return
