Employment tax specialist, Top 10 Firm Southampton, to £49,000 + Benefits

You will be working with one of the area's leading tax teams working as a member of the Employment Tax group, responsible for assisting Managers and Partners in servicing clients, directing Tax services and managing people within the Tax department. You will start to put in to practise business development of existing and new clients as well as potentially developing a specialist field of technical and/or sector knowledge and expertise.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone to develop their career in the field of employment tax with the opportunity to also get involved in other areas of reward such as share scheme etc.Ideally you will be CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent experience) and will have specialist employment tax knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues, preferably with some project management and staff management experience. You will have the ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably and actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services to existing clients. Experience of dealing with client senior management would be preferable.
