HR MI Analyst

Frazer Jones is currently working with a consultancy business based in central London. We are looking for a HR MI Analyst for a 6 month FTC. Candidates must have a strong understanding of HR analytics, you will be reporting directly to the HR systems and MI manager, responsibilities include delivery and acting as the first point of contact for complex system support.

Responsibilities:

* Management of information analytics supporting routine, cyclical, complex and ad-hoc reporting
* Working on people plans and wider business objectives
* Responsible for working on HR delivery and performance as a function - liaising with stakeholders in the business, understanding SME's needs.
* Support the HR MI Manager in delivering of cyclical employee lifecycle. (I.e. Pay review; holidays and various other analytics)

Skills:

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, vlookups)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience, have good understanding of systems experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
