A Senior R&D Tax Manager is required for a leading Accountancy and Advisory Firm to work with a large range of clients across the UK. Your new role
Based in either Milton Keynes or Leicester, as the Senior R&D Tax Manager you will be joining a team of 50 tax specialists, working closely with colleagues across East Midlands and East Anglia. You will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of clients on a variety of business tax advisory matters, ensuring they are up to date with compliance obligations and legislative changes. You will deliver R&D tax projects and manage the input from other tax colleagues (transfer pricing, VAT, employment taxes) assessing that input and ensuring inter dependencies across taxes are considered. Along with analysing and interpreting data, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge. Working closely with your colleagues, motivating and coach other members of the team, supporting each other to perform and deliver the best service.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful the R&D Tax Senior Manager will be ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA qualified with experience of managing a large portfolio of clients. You will be passionate about supporting, advising and helping businesses to achieve their potential to ensure this Firm provide a distinctive service and unlock your clients' potential for growth.
