As a Global Mobility Tax Senior Associate, you will report directly to the Manager in the team. You will play a key role in assisting the management of several clients and establishing long-term relationships. You will also contribute to the team's technical acumen and establish new work by getting involved in business development activities. Through this role, you will gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations.
To be considered for this position, you will ideally be ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified, or equivalent, and have previous experience in the area of expatriate tax. You will also be expected to display leadership qualities and be determined to progress your career. Exceptional communication skills to effectively develop both internal and external relationships will also be key to your success.
