Central Manchester based opportunity for Tax Senior boasting up to £30,000 and great progression

My Client is an established mid-tier firm that has been disrupting the UK market for some time now within the Practice industry. Having enjoyed a strong track record of growth both organic & acquired they are now seeking a Tax Senior to strengthen their private client function.

Your new role
As Personal Tax Senior, you will be based in their central Manchester office, you will be part of a high performing group function. You will act as direct support to the Tax Manager from an autonomous standpoint. You will be responsible for the completion of Self-Assessment Tax Returns for a varied portfolio of clients, maximising regular engagement with them, providing both compliance and advisory services. You will have a progression plan and will broaden your functional expertise.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked in an accountancy practice before, you will be ATT or CTA qualified, or qualified by experience, and you will have a service-oriented mindset to help develop your client's businesses and maintain your portfolio. You will have a strong grounding within income tax and Capital gains, and an ability to delegate tasks effectively to more junior team members. A strong desire to progress in your career will be suited to this role which will provide exposure to all levels of the industry.
