This tax consultancy boutique based in Bath are currently looking for a Tax Manager for their growing tax team. Although many companies call themselves tax consultancy firms, this practice outsources it's compliance work and focuses purely on delivery excellent advise not only from a tax perspective but also from a business one. Their is currently such high demand for their services, that they have capacity to consider specialists from a variety of specialisms.

As a Tax Manager within their team you will be expected to work alongside a genuinely fantastic team. The client base is top tier and a significant portion of those that they work with are across the south east and in the London area so you will need to be interested in working with rapid paced clientele if this is for you. The teams overall focus is advising on all aspects of the entrepreneurial business life cycle so advising on a broad range of client issues needs to be something you are interested in.

To become a Tax Manager at this boutique you will need to be ACA or CTA qualified with some experience of tax advisory. Not only this you will have the appetite for complex tax advisory work and ideally be looking forward to advancing your consultative skills. In terms of your specialism, this role is for anyone who has dealt with aspects of OMB tax advisory or complex private client tax work.

In regards to package, they are competitive. However, although the role pays well, this is a unique opportunity to work in a smaller team where your contribution will be noticed and you will develop your business and tax technical skills.

They will also consider part time and working from home applicants for this role.
