An exciting opportunity has come onto the market to join a prestigious international law firm as a Tax Associate NQ-2 PQE located in London.
This law firm is known for its diversified and proactive tax practice. With this diversified approach, you will be able to get involved in a broad scope of tax work and avoid the risk of becoming pigeonholed early on in your career. The firm is also well-known for its collegiate and friendly working environment which will provide you with ample support.
As a Tax Associate, you will advise on the corporate tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), group reorganisations, and corporate finance. The three-partner team deal with tax issues that centre around capital markets, real estate transactions, structured finance and private equity.
To be considered, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 0-2 PQE years' experience.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Be able to work well with the close-knit team.
