Recognised as leaders in international tax advisory and cross border M&A, the Tax Manager will advise the firm's clients on market leading transactions across varied sectors. Using your extensive International and UK Tax knowledge, you will drive your team towards success with access to an unmatched, diverse client base. As an ATT/ACA/CA/CTA (or similar) qualified professional, you will exercise high technical aptitude and client-driven interpersonal skills on a daily basis. Therefore, your ability to solve problems creatively and cooperate pragmatically will be essential in managing a flexible team. Using these skills you will perform duties such as:
* Ensuring technical excellence during delivery of tax projects while maintaining client relationships and timely task completion,
* Seeking out opportunities to grow the business using on-the-job Tax knowledge and professional development,
* Driving market expansion strategy for clients by carrying out operating model redesign, optimisation of capital structure financing and global/legal risk management i.e. BEPS.
