You will provide support to the senior team across a variety of corporate tax advisory projects particularly in restructuring, reorganisation and M&A transactions. A combination of technical, client delivery and professional development responsibilities may include:

* Addressing technical queries and structuring transactions for maximum tax efficiency,
* Effectively managing relationships with clients to ensure expectations are met within budget and profit requirements,
* Proactively engaging in business development opportunities utilising existing and new contacts.

To successfully perform these duties, you will be a degree-educated, qualified tax professional with extensive experience managing high performing teams in a fast paced environment. Your tax management, compliance and advisory experience would have ideally occurred within a large corporation in the UK .
