Your new company
My client is a multi office accountancy firm in Hampshire. They are looking to open a new office and therefore need someone to run the current office so they can develop the new business

Your new role
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Practice, ensuring all work is completed to deadlines, ensuring a high level of service is met and liaise with clients accordingly. You will also manage a small team managing workloads appropriately. The role is ideal for someone who is from a mixed general practice background, who will assist with accountancy services and tax consultancy, with the potential opportunity to hold an equity stake in the business and share in the profits. My client has highly sophisticated accountancy software in order to service their clients, which requires minimum manual intervention.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a mixed practice background. You must have had experience of managing a small team and have been a portfolio manager or client manager previously.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience as well as performance related bonuses. There is the opportunity to but an equity stake in the business long term.
