Private Equity Partnership Tax Manager/ Director - Interim, to £650 per day

Global Private Equity house is looking to hire an experience UK/ US Partnership tax specialist to join on an initial 6-9 month contract. The purpose behind the position is to work closely with both the US and UK office not only on partnership tax matters but also investment tax, UK carried Interest, Capital Gains Tax and Fund related tax matters.

This is a rare and genuine in-house partnership tax role that will provide you with a real opportunity to interact across the business and expand your partnership tax skills.

Essential skills/ experience:

* Partnership tax
* Private equity/ funds
* Investment tax
* Capital Gains Tax OR UK Carried Interest - the latter could be absorbed by someone else within the team

Ideals:

* UK Carried Interest/ Capital Gains Tax
* LLPs
* US & UK reporting
* US tax principles
* Employment tax - rewards (with FS/ Large Corporate experience)

This position will ideally see you starting in January 2020, so a 3 month notice period would be workable, should you be in a permanent position or in a contract not due to finish until the end of the year.

No relocation is offered with this role and you must also be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions.
