International Tax Manager, US Listed Global Brand, to £95k + bonus

This US listed global brand connects it's users seamlessly through their eCommerce platform. They place significant emphasis on giving back the communities in which they support and are a socially conscious organisation.

They are growing their EMEA operations and looking to secure the talents of an international tax professional to join a small tax team in pure advisory focused role:

* You will manage development of the Groups overall tax strategy
* Support the International Senior Manager across a wider range of advisory projects. e.g Hybrids, DPT, CFC etc
* Assist with overseas tax authority enquires and audits.
* Monitor changes to tax legislation for international tax and transfer pricing in EMEA and APAC and consider how this may impact the group
* Liaise with the business directly and assess the tax implications and potential impacts of any new offerings or business line changes.
* Manage the outsourced global compliance engagement for transfer pricing.
* Prepare and analyse the impact of UK and Irish specific legislation e.g. interest expense restriction, UK loss relief restrictions

Technical experience required

* 8+ years' years of progressive experience with international tax matters for publicly traded multinational companies with significant foreign operations or equivalent experience at Big Four accounting firms
* ACCA/ACA or CTA qualified
* Strong tax technical ability
* A good understanding of transfer pricing
* Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS preferred
