Description

Joining as Corporate Tax Assistant / Senior based in the firms Bristol offices you will have a hands on and mixed role across both corporate tax compliance alongside the potential to work with management and the senior team on advisory and planning project work. The work will involve both the preparation and review of corporation tax returns, computations etc. It will also involve helping with day-to-day client and HMRC queries and tax administration. You will work with the team on planning and tax advisory work, which may include incorporations and business re-structuring, R & D tax, EMI share option schemes and undertake wider tax technical research for wider projects. You will be encouraged to develop technically with support from a highly experienced team of corporate tax professionals around you.

Profile

You may be recently ACA / ATT /CTA qualified or studying, with a career background within corporate tax compliance, with any planning experience a bonus, but not essential. Your experience will have most likely have been developed within a Top 4, Top 10 or Top 50 firm environment, or significant sized independent firm. You will ideally have demonstrable experience of corporate tax compliance. You will have developed to qualified Senior or experienced Assistant levels with at least two to four years or more experience in the sector. You will be looking for a role and environment where you can develop and progress, with good work life balance without compromising on the quality and breadth of client work.

Job Offer
