Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Interim in-house contract - to £500 per day

Corporate tax job in London requires UK corporate tax and international tax experience for this Senior Tax Manager job in central London.

Reporting to the Head of Tax, the key objectives of this interim contract are to provide direct tax/corporate tax support on projects. Duties will include:

* Providing M&A tax advice, namely on due diligence and working with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
* SAO procedures - analyse current processes and make recommendations and apply improvements.
* Look at the wider tax governance in direct tax and work with advisors as to the changes that need to be put in place.

To be considered for this role you will have UK direct tax experience and also have an international tax exposure, and you will be comfortable working autonomously and leading on providing tax advice on M&A activity.

This organisation are going through large structural changes and so your experience will provide value whilst you get to work on some interesting projects. The location is incredibly easy by all forms of transport with "door step" amenities.
