Your new role
As an employer solutions manager you will ensure your clients gain maximum value for their money from their reward spend, whilst complying with increasingly complex tax legislation. You will ensure your clients adapt to new HMRC approaches on employment tax-risk management, all within a cost-effective way. Typical areas that you will offer advice on include; employee benefits procurement, employer compliance obligations, employment tax health checks to ensure compliance, expense and benefits procedure reviews to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness, global mobility (including assignment policies, tax-equalisation arrangements, entry and exit meetings, and compliance requirements), pensions and reward and incentivisation through shares.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this role, you will have experience in offering advisory services on a range of employment tax issues, reward and incentivisation and global mobility from within a Top 10 or mid-tier firm. The successful candidate will ideally be CTA qualified and a confident communication.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of between £40,000-£55,000 dependent on experience, 25 days annual leave-increasing with length of service and a flexible benefits package, tailored to suit the individual.
