A leading independent accountancy practice in the Southampton area is seeking to recruit a Tax Director to head up the tax function for the firm.

The firm have been established in the Hampshire area for many years and are looking for someone to become a partner of the management team with specific responsibility for the tax function in terms of compliance and advisory work.

You will have an experienced team of staff around you, which includes some capable managers, so this really is a fabulous opportunity for someone to make the role your own working on a varied and interesting portfolio, supporting the other partners with their portfolios as required.

You will need to be an experienced tax manager or director currently, with exposure to a wide range of work along with the management and coaching of staff. A professional qualification would be desirable but is not essential.
