International Tax Manager for International Premium Schools Group

Your new role
Reporting to the Group Head of Tax & Treasury you will be responsible for Responsible for international tax management for the Group, including identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities, supporting the corporate development function with tax advice and due diligence on M&A transactions, management of the Group's transfer pricing requirements, keeping up-to-date with forthcoming international tax changes, as well as managing overseas tax audits.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with suitable tax training and time spent in industry in an international group. You will have experience of dealing with international tax matters, including tax structuring and M&A, and tax controversy management, experience of working with UK and/or international tax authorities and a high level of financial numeracy.

What you'll get in return
Base salary to £95,000 + bonus (typically 10%); 25 days holiday; private healthcare; 10% pension and x4 salary life insurance.
