Property Tax Manager, London

Are you a CTA qualified tax practitioner who is familiar with handling property tax and SDLT matters on behalf of clients in your career to date?

Do you enjoy providing tax advice to corporate clients and individuals, building rapport and sustaining professional relationships?

The London office of this established accountancy firm is looking for a high calibre individual to join their tax department at manager grade and to assist with the firm’s property-related tax work, including dealing with the SDLT implications of corporate restructuring, partnerships, exchanges of property and the application of HRAD.

The team is not seeking a pure SDLT specialist, and wider advisory experience including capital allowances, VAT, or direct tax advisory work would be advantageous.

Suitable applicants will be familiar with handling one-off special assignments, report writing and advising on complicated tax technical areas.

In addition, soft skills such as good organisation and communication, the ability to work under pressure and build effective professional relationships is of course important too.
