An award winning Practice with real focus on their staff development and a modern approach to Accountancy as a whole. They are looking for a Tax Senior Manager due to the forthcoming retirement of their Head of Tax.
Your new role
You will transition to being the lead person in the Tax team as a whole. Managing a team of staff as well as a portfolio of clients, it offers a real opportunity for someone with good tax knowledge to expand their overall management scope. As technology develops and impacts Tax as a whole, you'll be expected to be at the forefront of the firm's continuing improvement in his field.
What you'll need to succeed
You would ideally be CTA/ACA qualified with experience up to Assistant Manager in a Tax specific role. The team all complete mixed tax work so the Tax Senior Manager would be expected to be equally comfortable with Personal and Corporate Tax, as well as being able to discuss CGT, IHT, R&D, Capital Allowances and the like.
