Expatriate Tax Manager required for global Accountancy Firm based in Birmingham

A specialist global Accountancy Firm with its UK head office based in Birmingham is looking to recruit an Expatriate Tax Manager to deliver cross-border compliance and consulting services for internationally mobile individuals. This Firm provides tax advice and consulting services to a varied global client base and offers a unique opportunity to join a well-respected organisation in a senior role.
Your new role
As the Expatriate Tax Manager within this Firm you will be given the opportunity of working in a focused client facing role, involved in a range of tax projects with emphasis on providing tax advice and consulting services to international mobile clients. You will be involved in technical tax work which will allow you to constantly expand and develop your knowledge and expertise.
Key Duties will be:-
* Conducting entry and exit consultations with expatriates.
* Providing general expatriate tax and social security advice
* Reviewing of UK income tax returns
* Managing projects and multiple assignments
* Coaching and developing junior members of staff
* Ensuring delivery of technically excellent and high-quality work
What you'll need to succeed
This Firm is looking for a qualified tax professional - ATT/ACA/CA/CTA - with expatriate tax experience. Excellent communication skills to develop long-term relationships with existing clients and enjoy networking with clients and colleagues. You will thrive working in an entrepreneurial Firm that gives you the freedom to action decisions and to work on your own initiative.
