Your remit will be broad and will see you oversee employment tax compliance, filings and payments,as well as supporting the expat function that sits in the shared service centre. You will also manage outsourced activities primarily as they relate to international employees.
In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to partner with the business to inform commercial and operational decisions from an Employment Tax perspective.
You will also be responsible for managing employment tax risk across the organisation, including assessing and improving tax processes and systems. As part of the tax leadership team, partnering with the business to raise awareness of employment tax issues and risks will form a key element of your responsibilities, so the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders will be paramount.
