Corporate Tax Manager, Reading

I'm currently working closely with a leading practice firm who are currently recruiting for their next top-performer.

As the Corporate Tax Manager you'll be working closely with the Head of Corporate Tax to fully manage their vast client portfolio consisting of OMB's, listed, domestic and international clients. The role is a nice balance between compliance and advisory but also allows you to use your own initiative to grant you the autonomy you're after.

You will be ACA/CTA qualified, with experience in providing tax advisory services. Your experience should ideally include:

* M&A work

* tax efficient structuring
* due diligence

* Corporate reorganisations

* demergers
* reconstructions

* Knowledge of international tax principals advantageos

* transfer pricing, double tax treaties and BEPs

* Property taxation

* including property development by UK and overseas companies

* Employee incentive arrangements including

* EMI, ESS
* unapproved shares plans
* share valuations.
