International Tax Senior Manager, Manchester, to £76k + bonus

You are ACA/CTA qualified, or qualified by substantial experience, and can prove your strong technical ability. Despite this, you're still not seeing any progression to the Senior Manager position.

I'm currently recruiting for a firm that can offer an interesting workplace with a large and expanding client base. The team is growing and has doubled over the last 3 years. Despite this, the firm like to do everything they can to retain their family feel.

Reporting directly to the Partners, your clients will include US and EMEA inbound companies, plus UK privately owned/Mid Cap businesses.

You would be involved in challenging and interesting work involving the following:

* Strong corporate tax compliance and reporting experience;
* M&A work including tax efficient structuring and due diligence;
* Corporate reorganisations including demergers and reconstructions;
* Knowledge of international tax principles such as transfer pricing, double tax treaties and Permanent Establishments is desirable.
