Indeed, over the course of 2018, 20 individuals within the Scottish Tax Team were promoted. Given the level of investment and strong client demand, the firm would like to make an addition to their International Corporate Tax Department at Manager or Senior Manager level. This department works with a wide range of international organisations, inclusive of infrastructure and food & drink businesses, to develop and implement practical, effective and sustainable tax solutions and planning. Your new role You will be a key point of contact for clients, carrying out and supporting business development whilst managing the successful delivery of complex and varied consulting projects for existing clients. Working with sector-leading Partners these projects will be diverse, but largely encompass expansion into new markets, restructuring, M&A diligence and structuring, legal structure rationalisation, capital structure and financing, risk management and model redesign. You will also develop junior staff; managing and training, and have high involvement in internal strategy and operations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of Corporate Tax, inclusive of International Tax advisory work, as well as strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. You will be client focused and be an enthusiastic and motivational team player.
