International Tax Manager International Tax Advisor In House Tax role, Berkshire based
This is an exceptional new permanent role for an International Tax Advisor / Manager for a Global Software business based in Berkshire.
Working within an established and a highly skilled commercial tax department, this role reports to the International Tax Director and takes a global remit providing tax support across the Group.
Breaking the role down, its diverse, varied and highly visible looking at supporting corporate tax compliance, group global reporting, transfer pricing, tax advisory projects, restructuring projects, merger & integration support and being a credible business partner to the business for tax.
You will be qualified ACCA/ACA/CTA and have in depth / proven experience of managing corporate tax across a number of different territories, multinational transfer pricing and to be an excellent problem solver and superb communicator. IFRS exposure is essential
