About you
You will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory deadlines are met by the Services team while delivering to clients. Your role will oversee the end to end IPT tax filing processes for large and complex clients as well as providing day-to-day support, coaching, and mentoring to more junior members of the IPT team. You will also assist in tracking and managing team tasks, supporting team members with client escalations, and leading process improvement initiatives to maximise internal efficiency and improve client experience. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable business processes promoting the IPT compliance software.
The requirements
• 3 years minimum experience in Insurance Premium Tax compliance
• Professional accountancy or taxation qualification
