An independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers based in Widnes, serving a diverse client base across the North West. This firm specialises in advising businesses and individuals on their accounting and taxation affairs, with a particular focus on owner-managed businesses, family businesses and private clients. This firm aims to provide the highest standards of client care and technical expertise.
Your new role
As a personal tax semi senior you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of personal tax clients, consisting predominantly of of high net-worth individuals, partners, directors and sole-traders. You will be responsible for the full compliance process- preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns. Their will also be the opportunity to have an involvement in tax planning work with increasing competency.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this position, you will be ATT qualified, part way through studying or qualified by experience. You will have experience in managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients from within practice and have excellent client facing skills.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of between £22,000-£28,000 dependent on experience in addition to 20 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday. This firm will also offer study support if required and are happy to cover any claw-back for quality candidates that wish to join them. This firm can also provide free on-site parking and are in an easily commutable location away from busy traffic.
