This world-renowned law firm is looking to add an In-House Assistant Tax Manager to join its team of tax professionals.
As of last year, this team started from the ground up and expanded significantly. This new venture has led to interesting tax projects which have been managed by a team of over ten consultants.
In this role, you will be responsible for the;
* preparation of the UK partnership tax computations,
* management of the firm's PE risk exposure,
* partnership profit sharing calculations,
* corporate tax computations, and
* liaising with international tax advisors.
Ideally, you will be trained in corporate tax and studying towards your CTA/ACA or equivalent overseas qualification. Characteristically, you will be professional, able to communicate effectively to the various stakeholders, and meet strict deadlines.
