You are an experienced private client tax specialist who is focused on the non-domiciled client area.
You are a talented tax director, ready to step up to partnership, or already a partner but in need of a new challenge.
You have an established track record of building professional relationships and winning new business in your career to date.
You will be a confident tax technician, who is familiar with handling pre-arrival tax planning, working in conjunction with immigration lawyers, dealing with remittance basis issues, mixed fund rules, overseas workday relief, advising on property holding structures for residents and non-residents, working in conjunction with offshore trustees to establish offshore trusts and offshore and EU companies, and providing advice on residency and domicile issues.
The firm’s client base is the envy of the Big 4 and includes several billionaires and many multi-millionaires from several jurisdictions.
While you are likely to have trained with a Big 4 accountancy firm, you may currently be working for a mid tier accountancy practice, or even potentially a private client tax boutique that boasts an equally impressive non-dom client base of HNW and UHNWIs.
This opportunity will probably best suit someone that is looking for more freedom and autonomy than a larger firm tends to allow its staff, without sacrificing the same access to high quality and stimulating private client tax advisory client work.
