This international accounting firm has a exceptional market reputation in the Reward consulting. This team sits within the wider People Services team which comprises of Employment, Personal and Global Mobility services.
The Reward Practice encourages their team members to choose a specialism, with the opportunity to work more broadly across Reward consulting and more traditional tax routes. You will have the opportunity to expand your skill set to include executive reward, share plans, and regulatory work.
Description
You will provide a variety of services for your clients, including:
-Remuneration bench-marking
-Reviewing and consulting on remuneration structures
-Advising on the impact of UK laws on remuneration structures
-Consulting on transactions including M&A, IPO's etc
Profile
Background and understanding of the UK Reward Market. Experience working in a Professional Services environment.
