Given the level of investment and strong client demand, the firm would like to make an addition to their International Corporate Tax Department at Manager level. This department works with a wide range of international organisations, inclusive of infrastructure and food & drink businesses, to develop and implement practical, effective and sustainable tax solutions and planning. Your new role
As the successful Tax professional, you will work alongside sector-leading Partners to form and maintain client relationships by successfully managing the delivery of tax projects. These will encompass navigating expansion into new markets, pre-merger reorganisations and post-merger integration, structure rationalisation, model redesign, and optimisation of capital structure and financing, as well as negotiation with various tax authorities and mitigating tax risk. As a Manager you will also supervise and develop more junior staff members, inclusive of work delegation and reviewing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of Corporate Tax, inclusive of International Tax advisory work, as well as strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. You will be client focused and be an enthusiastic and motivational team player.
