Our client is a thriving business based in Preston and due to growth we are seeking to appoint to the role of global tax manager (EMEA)
Your new role
Your job will be diverse and challenging and the EMEA tax role will :
* Deliver the effective tax forecasts for the inclusion of global tax provision
* Establish the opening balance for deferred tax for new acquisitions
* Manage the preparation of EMEA corporate tax returns
* Manage the preparation of VAT returns
* Support the director in acquisitions and mergers
* Identify and relate to changes in legislation
* Champion projects relating to standardisation, automation and internal controls
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven tax experience ideally from the big 4 or from another role in industry and be looking for an interesting role that will develop your skills further
