In this case, the Personal Tax Senior Manager would effectively manage the Personal Tax team as a whole.

Your new role
The new Personal Tax Senior Manager will have a very client facing role, meeting new clients and integrating them to the business as well as bringing in new business yourself. From a technical perspective, there is a lot of room for Advisory support to high net worth individuals and families, especially in areas like IHT. You will manage a team of staff at various levels of seniority and experience within the business and help them develop and progress.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be CTA/ACA qualified with Tax specific experience at a management level. This can be pure Personal Tax or a Mixed Tax role. Experience with IHT is also highly preferred, although not essential.
