Tax Technical Adviser (Manager/ Senior Manager), London

This is a rare technical tax role with a medium-sized accountancy firm that will probably best suit a CTA qualified OMB tax specialist who is currently at manager or senior manager grade.

This is a newly created role in a successful team that offers plenty of responsibility within the tax department.

The main focus of this job will be to assist one of the tax partners (and other colleagues when applicable) with technical tax advisory work, dealing with tax technical queries and assisting with the more complex tax returns.

You will be comfortable communicating directly with clients in person and in writing, and familiar with providing OMB tax advice.

Suitable applicants will be well-versed in providing advice to clients in areas spanning CGT, share schemes, EIS and SEIS and on the disposal of properties and shares. It would be advantageous (but not essential) if you were also familiar with providing advice on company reorganisations and research and development.
