Real Estate Tax – Exciting business looking to add Manager and Senior Manager to its dynamic Real Estate team

Tax Professionals in M&A, International tax or Corporate tax looking for something different - This leading professional services firm is looking for tax experts to step in at manager and senior manager levels to work on a broad range of real estate matters as well as tax advisory and compliance work.

The Real Estate team has a very strong international presence and is seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of UK corporate tax and an awareness of other tax and accounting areas.

As the Real Estate investment market has enjoyed high demand of capital inflow and continues to be attractive, the work will require involvement with M&A and have a transactional focus while still providing ad hoc advisory support and benefitting from a variety of work - within a multinational client base. The team works closely with its clients, which will include UK and international property and infrastructure investors and fund managers.

The ideal candidate will be CTA or ACA/CA or equivalent qualified, with excellent interpersonal skills and commercially minded - M&A tax and/or international tax experience would be an advantage
