About your employer

About you

You will leverage your VAT compliance expertise to ensure that all supported filings can be submitted electronically to the relevant government portals in Europe. You will ensure the clients filings are error free by coordinating and managing the important process of validating the accuracy of reports prior to full deployment. You will identify and obtain transmittal specifications and sample files for countries and territories where such data may not be readily and obviously available. You will create and manage relationships with internal and external parties (including regulatory authorities) so as to enable robust testing even in the most challenging jurisdictions. You will monitor changes to submissions requirements. You will also perform research projects relating to content supported in the solution as needed.

The requirements

 2-5 years VAT experience
 Experience with VAT and related filings in Europe, especially electronic submissions
 Advanced level of Excel and experience with SQL language preferable, but not essential
