Unique opportunity – 3 year PQE PE M&A Tax specialist – up to £100k basic salary

A rare opportunity for a strong M&A Tax specialist focusing on Private Equity led transactions to fast track their career with a move into a senior M&A Tax position. This organisation is looking for a current Manager within a large professional services firm with around 3 years PQE to come on board as a highly valued M&A Tax specialist. In order to attract the best candidates, this organisation will pay a premium of up to £100,000 as a basic salary plus bonuses of up to 25-30%. This would mark a significant uplift for the successful candidate.

This firm offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a variety of high value Private Equity led transactions with a strong delivery team supporting the role and senior leadership offering guidance. Key aspects of this role include:

• You will be responsible for managing members of a growing team and providing tax advisory services to a range of private equity clients.
• Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, and leading on key accounts.
• Your responsibilities will predominantly be focussed on tax advice in relation to Private Equity clients’ acquisitions and disposals. The work is wide-ranging including international tax and supporting our clients throughout the deal cycle.
• Advising on complex tax structuring, restructuring, refinancing, planning and disposals.

The successful candidate should be 3 years PQE currently sitting within either a transactions tax team or a Private Equity tax group. Demonstrable M&A Tax experience along with exposure to Private Equity Tax issues is essential. You will be ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) gained at a large firm.
