Our client is a highly prestigious US/UK Private client tax team within a Big 4 firm in London who have developed a reputation for providing their professionals with extremely sophisticated work within the US/UK private client tax arena.
With a strong lean towards working with clientele within the financial services sector this 40 staff team work with some of the most high profile asset and fund managers in London and wider Europe.
Due to the groups ambitions to further their growth and meet the growing demands of their clients they seek to hire a number of US/UK tax and US tax only professionals at the manager and senior manager levels.
What is paramount with these opportunities is that you must be technically excellent, possess a high level of gravitas and have a curiosity and desire to want to solve the complex issues that your clients may face.
You will need to have a strong background in the private client tax space (7+ years’ experience), ideally gained in a Big 4 firm, boutique tax firm or family office environment. You will have US/UK Cross-border tax experience including knowledge of treaties and international tax planning. You will have some specialism around PFIC analysis, US Private businesses, Trusts and Estates or International Private Clients.
