Within Global Mobility Services we have a dedicated Personal Tax Compliance team. We are seeking to hire a Personal Tax Compliance Manager who will join our Dublin 2 office.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

At least four years in a professional tax environment - some of this experience will need to have been at manager level;
Good tax technical skills and detailed knowledge of income tax;
Ability to delegate to, manage and review work on allocated clients;
Member of the Irish Taxation Institute.

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

Delivering and coordinating personal tax compliance services for our Irish and multinational clients;
Managing a team of tax professionals in the delivery of such services to include an active role in the performance appraisal process;
Reviewing personal tax returns for private clients and expatriates;
Researching and resolving tax technical issues arising in the personal tax compliance process;
Liaising closely with private clients and expatriates, the advisory tax team and KPMG global offices;
Creating and improving processes for the delivery of the personal tax compliance services;
Coaching and mentoring the tax team including presenting in-house tax training courses.
